Terms of Service & Disclaimer

1. Eligibility. Our services are for adults 18 and over who are not married and are seeking a
serious relationship. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is true,
complete and up to date.

2. No guarantee. We do our best to find you great matches, but we do not guarantee a
relationship, love, marriage or any particular outcome. Results depend on many factors,
including you.

3. Your responsibility and safety. Any meeting, conversation or relationship with other
participants – on Zoom, by phone or in person – is your sole responsibility. We do not conduct
criminal background checks and do not verify all information participants provide. We
recommend meeting in a public place the first time, letting a friend or family member know your
plans, and never sending money or financial information to anyone.

4. Release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heicrut (Dating with Commitment), Ortal,
Jony and anyone acting on their behalf are not liable for any harm – physical, emotional,
financial or otherwise – arising from your use of our services, participation in our Zoom mixers
or any meeting with other participants. By participating, you release us from any such claims.

5. Limitation of liability. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability will not exceed the
amount you actually paid us for the service.

6. Conduct. We expect mutual respect. We may remove any participant, without refund, for
abusive, harassing, misleading or inappropriate behavior. If anything makes you uncomfortable,
contact us right away.

7. Payments and cancellations. Pricing for Personal Matchmaking and the Monthly Club,
along with our cancellation and refund policy, appear on this page. The Zoom mixers are free.

8. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be
posted on our website.

Privacy Policy

What we collect: the details you provide in our questionnaire – name, age, phone, email,
location, photos, social media links, preferences and personal answers.

How we use it: to find you matches, send you the Zoom link, contact you, and send you
updates (if you opted in).

Who we share it with: basic details and photos are shared with a potential match only as part
of the matchmaking process. We never sell your information. We use third-party tools (such as
Google Forms, WhatsApp, Zoom and our email platform) that process some of your information
on our behalf.

Security and retention: we protect your information with reasonable measures and keep it only
as long as needed to provide the service.

Your rights: you may ask at any time to access, correct or delete your information, and
unsubscribe from our emails. California residents have additional rights under the California
Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
